Wonderful Stay Close to the Arc

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel provided water refills (both still and sparkling), along with tea and coffee in the lobby. Our Junior Suite was quite spacious with a separate toilet from the bathroom, very convenient. I found the location very convenient (especially for visiting the Arc de Triomphe).
Our room had a glass shower right next to the bed, and we noticed a water leak, so the carpet remained damp. The smell of sewage became noticeable , disrupting our sleep. I think this issue needs attention.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance and spoke fluent English. They were always available. I greatly appreciated their help with directions and recommendations.

The hotel offered a little buffet breakfast that included a variety of options. The buffet saved time in the mornings. I liked the fresh pastries and coffee (the croissants were flaky and delicious).
